Sleeping hot isn't one problem.
It's four.

One night. Four moments. You'll recognize each one.

2:47 AM

You wake up because you got too warm — and then you can't get back. The heat builds slowly, then all at once.

3:15 AM

What you're wearing starts to cling — damp, stuck, moving against you instead of with you. Neither covers nor air helps.

6:30 AM

By morning, you're tired in a way that doesn't feel like rest. The alarm goes off. You were already awake.

6:31 AM

You want to get out of what you slept in the moment you wake up. One minute later. That's how fast.

What if the night didn't have to
feel like this?

Most sleepwear isn't built for heat.
Silk is — but not all silk is equal.

Most people who sleep hot blame the room, the season, or their body. Sleepwear is rarely the first thing they think to change. But what's touching your skin all night — and how it handles heat — is one of the few variables you can actually control.

Silk sleepwear — fiber close-up 01 / FIBER BREATHABILITY

Breathable fabric changes what the night is like.

When heat builds through the night, breathable fabric doesn't just feel better — it changes what the night is like.

Silk releases heat, moves moisture away from the skin, and creates less of that stuck-on-skin feeling when you shift. So the night stays more settled instead of building into something you have to sleep through.

MATERIAL INTELLIGENCE

The weight that stops silk from clinging.

Silk that's too light has its own problem: it still clings. If you've tried silk before and found it too flimsy or too clingy once you warmed up — that's a weight problem, not a silk problem.

WHAT MOMME ACTUALLY MEANS FOR HOW IT FEELS →

“Silk can't be synthesized. Can't be rushed. Every thread is drawn at exactly the pace the silkworm sets — and that's what makes it unlike anything engineered.”

This isn't fabric that's pretending to be something. It is something — rare by nature, not by marketing.

Worth more than one room.

Silk, meant to be lived in.

Silk shouldn't feel delicate, distant, or saved for bedtime only. At 22 momme, it's substantial enough to hold its shape through the night — and composed enough that you don't need to change before the rest of the morning starts.

FAQ

Common questions.

What is 22 momme?

Momme is the measure of silk weight. At 22 momme, the silk has more substance — it feels heavier and more stable against the body, less flimsy, and less likely to cling once heat builds through the night.

Can I machine wash it?

Yes. Silxine is designed to be machine washed — cold water, gentle cycle, inside a mesh bag. No dry cleaning required. We built this for your actual life, not a life where you have time to hand-wash everything.

What does Grade 6A mean?

Silk is graded internationally from F (lowest) to 6A (highest). Grade 6A is the top classification — it means the longest, most uniform fibers with the highest tensile strength. We use Grade 6A Mulberry Silk, independently certified to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 and tested free from over 1,000 harmful substances.

Is it designed for hot sleepers?

Yes. The breathability and weight of 22 momme silk are what help it stay more comfortable as the night goes on.

Will silk feel too hot to sleep in?

Silk is breathable and helps manage heat and moisture through the night. It won't resolve every sleep disruption — but it gives you better conditions to stay comfortable than most alternatives.
